This newsletter has been inconsistent.

Some weeks it's gone out, some weeks it hasn't, and the format has wandered around depending on what I had time to put together. That's on me, and it's not fair to any of you who signed up expecting something useful in your inbox.

So here's what's changing.

Starting next Friday, this becomes The Friday Brief. Every Friday morning, same time, same structure:

• One short opinion piece from me on something happening in the founder/indie hacker world
• Five things worth your time - links, tools, posts, anything I think is genuinely useful
• A pricing or product teardown, either pulled from We Are Founders or written just for the email
• A founder we've spoken to recently, with the bits that didn't make it into the published interview
• One small ask, question, or housekeeping note

No surprises, no missed weeks, no mystery about what's in the email when you see it land. So, if that sounds like something you want, you don't need to do anything - you'll get the first proper issue next Friday.

If it doesn't, the unsubscribe link is at the bottom and I won't take it personally. Better to read what you actually want than feel guilty about another email you don't open.

Either way, thanks for being here. The newsletter has been the most under-utilised thing I run, and that's about to change.
